is a graduate of Lausanne Hotel Management School (Switzerland). After 10 years of hotel operational experience in Europe with various hotel chains, he lead development of the Accor network in Indonesia from 1996 to 2000. Mr. Glass contributes to Tauzia's successful results with his operational management, legal, and financial expertise.
